Frances Bean Cobain is definitely her mother’s daughter.  Like mama Courtney Love, Frances has no qualms about sounding off about stuff she finds stupid–Kendall Jenner included.  Kendall was on Twitter complaining about how hard life is (yes, you Kardashians have it soooooo hard!), when Frances called her out on her vapid behavior.  (Yes, imagine a Kardashian being self absorbed!  Shocking, isn’t it?!)

Cobain then added that she’d ”rather be a scumbag than a f**king idiot. Praise high IQ’s, good taste & awareness about the state of the world.  I’d like to thank my parents for providing me with a high IQ & I’d like to thank my grams for encouraging me not to be a self absorbed idiot.”

Amanda Bynes isn’t the only star whose odd behaviors have been the talk of the tabloids–Justin Bieber’s behavior has come under fire as well–most recently from seasoned rockstar Jon Bon Jovi.  Bon Jovi blasted the wet behind the ears Beebs for showing up late to performances, saying:

“Every generation has guys that do that, none of that is new,” he told the newspaper of Bieber’s tardiness. “They run the risk of disrespecting their audience members who have worked hard to pay for their ticket, to give you the permission to take two or three hours of their lives — or in that kid’s case, 80 minutes of their lives.  Do it once, you can be forgiven. Do it enough times and shame on you. They won’t have you back. Then it just becomes a cliché. It’s really not cool — you’re an asshole. Go to f***in’ work!”

Amanda Bynes has been quiet on Twitter–and it’s not because she has nothing to say, it’s because she’s in an NYC holding cell.  TMZ reports that the starlet was arrested in her NYC apartment after the building manager spotted Amanda in the lobby with a joint, acting strangely and talking to herself.  The cops were called and Amanda let them in, while quickly throwing her bong out the window.  She obviously wasn’t quick enough or slick enough, because an arrest was made and she racked up a few charges.  TMZ also reports that prior to being taken to night court, she was taken for a brief psychiatric evaluation.  Their sources state that when she was arrested, she went completely ballistic, yelling “Don’t you know who I am?”  Maybe it would have made her feel better if the officers asked to take a quick Twitpic or cop an autograph.  I’m sure it won’t be long before her fans are making #FREEAMANDA a trending topic.

Have you heard the saying “Exercise in the morning before your brain figures out what you’re doing?”  Well, there’s science behind that!  Exercising in the morning before breakfast can actually boost your fat burning by a whopping 20%!  New research has proven that exercising in a fasting state will help you burn up to 20% more body fat than those who exercised after eating; early morning exercisers also didn’t consume extra calories during the day, unlike their peers.  This research is suggesting that exercising on an empty stomach is optimal for fat burning.  You can read more about the study here.

After a multitude of high profile celebrity hacks–most notably the Associated Press (AP)–Twitter has finally taken steps to ensure users enjoy more security against would be hackers.  They’re following in the footsteps of Google and offering a two step verification process.  If you enable this feature, anytime you want to log into Twitter, you will have to enter a code that’s sent to your cell phone.  That way, hackers would need access to not only your password, but your phone as well.  You can enable this feature by logging and enabling it in your account settings.  It will not log you out or interfere with any apps you all ready have set up and are using.  Happy tweeting!
