Soooo….you play for one of the best NBA teams in the west, you’re considered one of the best players in the league, a three-time all-star, AND now you’re the first professional athlete to grace the cover of the luxury fashion and culture magazine called Flaunt?! Yup, you can own those, if you’re Oklahoma City Thunder’s Russell Westbrook.
Yea, we know he’s been clowned from some of his threads before, but he has always kept a buzz around him regarding his style of dress, especially since he’s a hard-working, well-known athlete. People have been noticing that he seems to exude more greatness to him besides what he does on the court. Some like to label him with the phrase “geek chic”, and now, Flaunt Magazine wants us to know that they are feeling Russ and his swag by putting him on their current issue’s cover and giving him the honor of being the first athlete to have done so.
Honestly, he’s making this dress game look too easy…and too good. Say what you want, but not every man, especially one in the public eye, can pull off bright colors, prints, slim fit jeans, with dope frames, make it all look fly together, and also carry that confidence. He is definitely showing off for us!
