#BerryCool: Beanie Sigel Announces New Album!

As we reported yesterday, Beanie Sigel was sentenced to two years in jail for failure to pay upwards of $728,000 in back taxes since 1999. Bummer!

However, there is a silver lining to this tragic situation. Beans has since announced that he will be releasing an album before he serves his sentence.

The new album, entitled This Time, is Beans’ first solo album since the release of Broad Street Bully in 2009. He has chosen to produce the album independently via Ruffhouse Records. “The Reunion,” the first single off of This Time will hit the internet next week.

Beanie Sigel is a classic and, I must say, I’m excited for this album. Hopefully it will be something that will have all his fans screaming, “Free  Beans!”
